In 2006 Crawford & Company acquired Specialist Liability Services Ltd (SLS) – a dedicated liability adjusting and claims handling company with a strong presence in the Lloyd’s and London market.

It is now fully integrated with Crawford's liability and has become ‘SLS, a Crawford company’. This new brand encompasses Crawford’s entire UK liability service with a combined staff of over 150 specialists across 19 locations. Each office represents a local ‘centre of excellence’ staffed by experts from different liability disciplines.
